So here is my second attempt!!<br /><br />I always believe that if I ever stop having an emotional response to clients that it is time to get out of the job.<br /><br />Well done, Tony for recognizing what was happening and for not getting so “hard” that clients don’t affect you sometimes.<br /><br />We need a certain amount of “hardness” to survive in this field.
