Does TV violence lead to more violence? We don't know or maybe better said sometimes yes and sometimes no.

The other confusing factor is all the political agendas involved to believe either side. Big brother in society and dooms dayers and the pontificators have a field day with this and about how bad the youth of today are.

Remember when we were teens and the older generation said we were on a path to destruction. Well now our generation are saying that of the current teenager generation. and throughout all the generations not one teenage generation has ever led to destruction. So I think I can safely say that current video games are not going to result in that.

Have you watched those games the figues are so obviously not human I think it makes very little effect at all. By far the most important factor is has the child made the early decision that physical violence is a viable solution to a problem. And has the child seen first hand physical violence in the home and/or been a reciptient of such violence. This is a hundreds more times impactful than watching a violent video game.

GraffitiTony Whitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07034697658099080220noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3289688322615470169.post-62176702564846244352012-06-28T02:15:31.700+08:002012-06-28T02:15:31.700+08:00Do you think exposure to violence on TV and in vid...Do you think exposure to violence on TV and in video games influences children to be more violent? Hi-def video games are very realistic. I watched two little boys (about 10 years old) blowing brains and guts out of thugs in an arcade game not long ago – they were totally into it.KYLadyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08386201292445132711noreply@blogger.com
