IT helps in releasing physical and emotional tension. It works well when other techniques have failed to make a much difference. It is a suitable therapy for everyone.
Rebirthing Therapy Technique Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02058822885899478526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3289688322615470169.post-12159840298182589182017-10-24T19:20:53.851+08:002017-10-24T19:20:53.851+08:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02058822885899478526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3289688322615470169.post-26789147098861179602012-02-18T16:22:23.671+08:002012-02-18T16:22:23.671+08:00I have done 10 or more rebirthing sessions and 2 w...I have done 10 or more rebirthing sessions and 2 wet. I looked into this when friend has personality shift toward high confidence and deeper awareness of him self and others. This rapid shift caused some to express concern so I investigated. I had practiced in meditation relaxation tm. The process was basically to find comfortable environment with a trusted coach who would guide your breathing. This deep breathing became curcular and deep to the point of reaching a uforia and does cleans the mind and body while increasing the flow of emotions.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3289688322615470169.post-5682464011805208912010-07-11T20:54:37.573+08:002010-07-11T20:54:37.573+08:00Good point Linda,
My training experiences that I ...Good point Linda,

My training experiences that I described here involved mainly therapists who were on a personal therapeutic journey or just interested in the variety of treatments which tended to be my motive.

Not too sure of your age (or if I should say that) but if you were around when the human potential movement was going there was a huge array of therapeutic or growth experiences available. Today would be considered very tame and straight. So it was sort of the mentality of that time when people were looking for the new, different and unknown in human relationships and experience.

There were some who were not therapists but as I recall they were clients who were experienced with therapies. So yes if some people were going to disrobe as part of the therapy then a completely new and uniniated client would probably not last very long and seek the exit quite quickly.

Human touch, skin on skin can be very therapeutic which is sad in that the professional organizations and press immediately look for the sexual motive in it all and thus it now cannot happen. As I said the therapies that I saw that involved varying degrees of nudity were not erotic or sexual experiences at all.

tonyTony Whitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07034697658099080220noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3289688322615470169.post-81164644800458504022010-07-11T19:56:50.490+08:002010-07-11T19:56:50.490+08:00When I read this post I felt very uncomfortable wh...When I read this post I felt very uncomfortable which says something about me I am sure. I have problems standing fully clothed on a crowded train.

I can understand the idea therapy that involves very close physical contact could deeply affect someone. How would someone know that it was the right therapy? It could kind of go all pear shaped. Would you have therapy on a one on one basis prior to embarking on a more, well, touchy feely thing like rebirth (sorry, I don't know how else to describe it).

Interesting post and very though provoking.lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05392205573326695683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3289688322615470169.post-57812231984755610372010-07-11T08:42:17.949+08:002010-07-11T08:42:17.949+08:00Hello Anon,

It sounds awfully tiring but I understand it is important for you.

Some therapists are tenacious and some are not. And yes for someone to have a rebirthing experience as described it would be very hard to be vigilant whilst going through that.

TonyTony Whitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07034697658099080220noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3289688322615470169.post-56520371578246822052010-07-10T09:50:12.766+08:002010-07-10T09:50:12.766+08:00Hello Roses,
