ReplyDeleteIs there guidelines to how many times the child needs to express a feeling? I sometimes think that expressing the feeling will never end and my
ReplyDeleteT tells me that I spent years of my life not expressing them (initially because I was punished by others for them and then by myself) and so isn't surprised how often I cycle back to expressing the same feelings. I want to work on barriers to dropping a feeling and he thinks I should work on expressing the feeling so sometimes we are at cross purposes.
