Drop a feeling

Some people report experiencing feelings that they don’t want. In such circumstances the psychological process of dropping the feeling is required.


For small feelings

For large feelings

  2. Is there guidelines to how many times the child needs to express a feeling? I sometimes think that expressing the feeling will never end and my
    T tells me that I spent years of my life not expressing them (initially because I was punished by others for them and then by myself) and so isn't surprised how often I cycle back to expressing the same feelings. I want to work on barriers to dropping a feeling and he thinks I should work on expressing the feeling so sometimes we are at cross purposes.
